RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMING POLICY
Updated as of May 19, 2026
TWLV Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates (collectively, the "Company", “us”, “our” or “we”), is the provider of the TWLV Platforms, which include rallytabs.com and any associated websites, mobile apps, or web pages (collectively, the "Web Sites/Applications"). The Web Sites/Applications offer the sale of digital collectibles and promotional sweepstakes games ("Sweeps Play") played with Rally Cash (“RC”). The Company is committed to providing a fun, fair and responsible entertainment experience, and to helping our users keep their participation in Sweeps Play in balance with the rest of their lives.
This Responsible Social Gaming Policy is to be read in conjunction with the Company's other policies, including its Terms of Use, Official Sweepstakes Rules, and Privacy Policy. Terms which are defined in those policies have the same meaning in this Policy.
1. OUR COMMITMENT
• Sweeps Play is provided for entertainment purposes only. The games offered on the Web Sites/Applications are not gambling. No real money is required or put at risk to play, and Rally Cash has no real-world monetary value except where redeemable in accordance with the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
• While Sweeps Play is intended to be a fun and casual experience, we recognize that for some people social gaming can stop being enjoyable. We provide the tools and information described in this Policy to help you stay in control.
• If you ever feel that your participation in Sweeps Play is no longer fun, or that it is negatively affecting you or those around you, we encourage you to use the controls described below and to seek the independent support resources listed at the end of this Policy.
2. AGE RESTRICTION AND PROTECTION OF MINORS
• You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and in no case under eighteen (18) years old, to create a User Account or participate in Sweeps Play.
• The Web Sites/Applications are not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under eighteen (18). We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any User Account where age cannot be verified.
• If you share a device with a minor, we strongly recommend that you protect access to your devices and use parental control or content-filtering software. Resources that can help block access to gaming content for minors include tools such as net nanny (netnanny.com), CYBERsitter (cybersitter.com), and qustodio (qustodio.com).
• If you believe a minor is accessing the Web Sites/Applications, please contact us immediately at info@rallytabs.com.
3. KNOW THE WARNING SIGNS — SELF-ASSESSMENT
The following questions can help you reflect on whether your participation in social gaming is still healthy and under control. Answering “yes” to several of these questions may indicate that gaming is becoming a problem for you:
• Do you play for longer than you originally intended?
• Do you play to escape worry, stress, boredom, loneliness, or to relieve uncomfortable feelings?
• Have you lost sleep, missed meals, or neglected work, school, or family responsibilities because of gaming?
• Do you become restless, irritable, or anxious when you try to cut down or stop playing?
• Have you tried to stop or limit your play and been unable to do so?
• Do you hide, lie about, or minimize the amount of time or money you spend on gaming?
• Do you spend money on coins or in-game purchases that you cannot comfortably afford to spend?
• Have you borrowed money, sold possessions, or gone without necessities to keep playing?
• Have arguments, frustrations, or relationship problems been caused by your gaming?
• After spending money or time playing, do you feel the need to return as soon as possible to keep playing?
• Do you think about gaming when you are doing other things?
• Has anyone in your life expressed concern about your gaming?
If these questions raise concerns for you, please consider using the limit, cool-off, or self-exclusion tools below, and reaching out to one of the independent support organizations listed in Section 8.
4. SESSION REMINDERS
To help you stay aware of how much time you spend playing, the Web Sites/Applications may display periodic session reminders. A session reminder shows you how long you have been playing in your current session and gives you the option to continue playing or to end your session. We encourage you to take regular breaks and to treat session reminders as a prompt to check in with yourself.
5. SETTING LIMITS
You may request limits on your account to help manage your participation:
• Spend Limits: You may set daily, weekly, and/or monthly limits on the amount you spend purchasing items (including any associated promotional Rally Cash bonuses) on the Web Sites/Applications.
• Play Limits: You may set daily, weekly, and/or monthly limits on the amount of Rally Cash you use in Sweeps Play.
To request, change, or remove a limit, contact us through the “Contact Us” link on the Web Sites/Applications or by email at info@rallytabs.com. Requests to establish or decrease a limit will be applied as soon as reasonably practicable. Requests to increase or remove a limit may be subject to a delay before taking effect.
6. TAKING A BREAK — COOL-OFF PERIOD
If you would like to take a short break from Sweeps Play, you may request a “cool-off” period of one (1) day, seven (7) days, or thirty (30) days. To request a cool-off period, contact us at info@rallytabs.com with your account details. During a cool-off period:
• You will not be able to participate in Sweeps Play or purchase items on the Web Sites/Applications.
• You may still be able to submit a redemption request for previously earned, redeemable Rally Cash in accordance with the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
• Your access will automatically be restored at the end of the cool-off period you selected, unless you request otherwise.
7. SELF-EXCLUSION AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE
• Self-Exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from Sweeps Play for an extended period, you may request self-exclusion for a period of one (1) year, three (3) years, or five (5) years. To request self-exclusion, email info@rallytabs.com from the email address associated with your User Account and include your full name, address, and date of birth.
• During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access Sweeps Play, and the Company will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new User Account and to remove you from marketing communications relating to Sweeps Play. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the selected period.
• Permanent Account Closure: You may request permanent closure of your User Account at any time by emailing info@rallytabs.com.
• It remains your responsibility not to attempt to circumvent a cool-off, self-exclusion, or account closure, including by registering a new account. The Company is not liable for any failure to enforce these measures where you have provided inaccurate information or used a different identity, payment method, or device to evade them.
8. INDEPENDENT SUPPORT RESOURCES
If you feel that social gaming has become a problem for you or someone you know, free and confidential help is available from independent organizations that are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or controlled by the Company:
• Computer Gaming Addicts Anonymous (CGAA) — a free, independent peer-support fellowship for people affected by problematic gaming. Email: helpline@cgaa.info. Website: cgaa.info.
• National Problem Gambling Helpline (USA) — call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), available 24/7. Website: 1800gamblerchat.org.
• National Council on Problem Gambling — ncpgambling.org.
The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, services, or advice provided by these independent third-party organizations. They are listed here for your convenience and awareness only.
9. RESPONSIBLE PLAY TIPS
• Treat Sweeps Play as entertainment, not as a way to make money or to escape problems.
• Set time and spending limits for yourself before you start, and stick to them.
• Take regular breaks and balance gaming with other activities you enjoy.
• Never spend money you cannot comfortably afford.
• Do not play when you are upset, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
• Use the limit, cool-off, and self-exclusion tools described above if you need them.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The Company reserves the right to modify this Responsible Social Gaming Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Web Sites/Applications after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
